Went to Joe's for our anniversary. Great ambiance, waiter was prompt and had some good suggestions.
We ordered the
Polenta - Best EVER Great would go just for that!!!!
Mixed Greens Salad - Hubby liked, I'm not a fan of the dressing or the silver dollar sized croutons
Squash Ravioli - Was undercooked, the pasta texture was kind of like raw flour once you bit into it. Great sauce! Filling was excellent! Not so sure of the warm greens on the top but tasted good when mixed with the tangy sauce.
Rigatoni W/Sausage and chicken - Just skip this. Cheese was slightly burnt on top, Flavor just plain bad. My husband had it boxed up but we decided to dump it once we got in the door.
The Sirrah wine my husband had was pretty good.
The sourdough bread was good but the other bread was waaayyy salty. The dipping sauce they give you is very good though.
The desert menu was lacking the chocolaty rich desert we were craving.
Nice place go for appetizers (the Polenta is AWESOME) or their HH but skip the meal.
Pros: Polenta was excellent, Service good,
Cons: Pasta Entrees just not made right
