I am a regular client of Spa 51 and came across the negative review and wanted to reassure anyone who is interested in receiving a spa or hair service at Spa 51 will receive top customer service from a friendly, knowledgable staff. This salon differs from other salons I have visited in that the staff is not pretentious or snotty. The staff at Spa 51 are very welcoming and friendly while keeping a professional standard.
