Victor and team called my cell about an hour before appointment confirming details. They were there right on time and did a great job. Victor explained the process while one the his assistants removed a very difficult stain. They proceeded to clean entire Beber carpet with care. My wife was delighted and pleased. We will have them back next time. Highly recommended.
