I was extremely pleased with the service. The called to advise they were on there way and showed up on time. They demonstrated the process to make sure I understood. I would suggest watching a demonstration on their website. Then they went to work. They did an awesome job my heavy traffic areas are now stain free! My carpets look like new. I will certainly consider them when it is time to get our carpets done again.
