Andina is a great Peruvian rest. I should know since I am peruvian. But why would I pay $40 for the pollo saltado, a dish I grew up eating and can make exactly the same, when I pay 40 cents per pound for rice and only a little more for beans!? Rice beans onions, and chicken make this dish. But, it is a great restaurant. Anyone who goes MUST try the Yucca Rellenos. Stuffed yucca with cheese sauce. The mango chutney and a basil chutney served with the bread are great too!\r
