This is a new store in my neighborhood. It use to be QFC grocery. This store was convenient for my family.\r
No longer will it be a place where I shop. I bought scratch tickets from their machine. On 3-8-09 a Sunday, I went in to cash my winnings of 8.00. After standing at the counter for several minutes, while two employees ignored me, just feet away from me...I finally asked them to help me. Moments later a man appeared from the back of the store, informed me they won't cash their own scratch tickets on a Sunday. I went accross the street to Safeway, where they had no problem helping me.\r
You just lost a customer, Saars! And I'm telling all my friends!
Pros: convenient location
Cons: rude employees, they don't honor returns of their sold items on Sundays.
