I enjoy the food I ate while living in Ojos Negros Mexico and often ate meals prepared with simple ingrediants and minimal cooked ingrediants except the meat. Tacos Gaby has certain peices perfect.. Plain tacos, chesadillas, burritos - all exquisite. But the concept of serving meals in a completed menu fashion is not done here. The food is tasty enough but poorly put together. Even for the Americamized mexi-eater it is rough.
