It's time for Chef Michael Brisson to toss in the towel and get out while he can. With a changing economy, a changing tourist demographic, and the evolution of tourist dining habits, Brisson has not taken into account nor adapted to the demands of the public. The food is great but the cost nears $50 for a steak! The staff and service is stiff and rash, save for the expertise of Mary Beth. John the ma??tre d ought to get a real job rather than treat people like garbage. I recommend sweet life over l'etoile any day.
