We went to Sago the first night it opened and it was pretty horrible but we tried to chalk it up to opening night jitters. When we recently saw the glowing reviews and ratings, we figured we had to try it again. Bad decision. Not only is the service horrendous, the food is not worth even half the price they ask for it. We could not believe there was not more of an improvement and have to assume there is someone on the staff that is in with Citysearch. It's totally perplexing. \r

The only redeeming feature is the salsa which I have to say was pretty good. But the chips are tasteless, just no personality. The entrees were equally as boring. It's not that it tastes horrible, it's more that it doesn't really have taste. Just blah. The overall experience felt like a complete waste of time.
