We were almost stuck without a limo for our wedding because Longhorn did not even bother to call us to tell us... we called them to change something a month later, and was THEN told. After explaining the circumstances, they would not do ANYTHING... and the mistake was THEIRS!\r

If we would not have called, we would have expected the limo to be there, and they had no intention on sending it. Thank goodness there are other reputable limo companies in Austin to choose from!
