Rob is great - very professional, easy to work with, and always gives a reasonable price. He gave me an estimate last Friday for the continuation of my 2002 Victorian remodel, and we're starting work on the bonus suite at my basement tomorrow.\r

Even though a lot of time has passed under the bridge, he still remembered the small details about the project that even I have completely forgotten. He said one of the reasons he still works out in the field as opposed to ""manning a desk"" like most of his competitors is this very reason. Employees come and go, but as long as he owns the company, he wants to personally make sure that all customers are happy with the final product, and should he ever see me in the supermarket one day, he can look me in the eye and be able to talk to me without any hesitation. I really believe that.. He's a great guy.
