I have dealt with several realtors and I have to tell you, It is very difficult to find a great realtor! If you feel your realtor doesn't have time for you, doesn't return your phone calls, or says something like ""well I don't usually show houses in this area"" Doesn't ask you questions or you feel like your out in the cold, then you need to call Linda, there are two Linda's I worked with Linda Griggs she has a very warm personality and is up front and honest with you, If she see's something that is a great deal and that she thinks would be a great place for you she will call you. Like I said I have tried to work with realtors and missed out on properties and my realtor didn't care. I found Linda and I bought a house within one month and she was the one who was right there for me! So I wouldn't look any further go straight to Kody and Co you will not be dissappointed, unless you expect her to stand on her head that may be a problem. Good luck with your house searching!
