Trust me on this one: he is the best, and you will make progress immediately. Additionally, the facilities are very ""health focused"", and do not have the feel of a ""king kong training yard"" or a singles scene. This is the place for normal people who want to be healthier.
Pros: He is the ONLY person who could make me enjoy working out.
Cons: It is still exercise, and boy do you sweat.
