I was very surprised to get a live person without being placed on hold. I didn't even respond when he asked a question cause I thought he was talking to someone in line. The Greenville ESC people are so rude and will not give information over the phone now they are not even answering the phone. Everyone don't need to go inside the ESC if we see the same info online at home esp when it says send direct.
