I tried Shahi Kitchen a couple of weeks ago because it was a new Halal restaurant in Richmond. But when I went inside the restaurant there was a bar right at the entrance. I became a little skeptical but continued in. The food was was very bad and a little lacking the quality. I asked them what drinks they had and they asked if I wanted to see the alcohol menu. I politely answered no finished my meal and left. I am disappointed that they advertise as Halal, yet still serve alcohol, which is a contradiction.
