The place is fine, but the management is not really good. I am currently renting and was thinking of buying one here. But as per my research and experience maintaince charges are too expensive. And rules are uresonable, e.g. I am changing apartment in the building and they are charging me a moving fees of $250; this is one of the many issues. In this market where landords are giving incentive to rent, these guys are charging a fee that too $250, this is just one of the many hidden costs. I won't recommend any one for buying or renting.
