This is the worst place to go to when you need your muffler fixed. There was a hole in my muffler and my tail pipe had rusted off. I took it to S & S Automotive Repair and they sent it to Laugna Muffler without me even knowing. When i got my car back there was a new muffler on it but instead of putting a new tail pipe on like it had needed they welded a 3"" cupling (piece of pipe) onto my rusted tail pipe and conected it to my new muffler. Now not even 8 months later my tail pipe is about to disconect from my muffler AGAIN because of rust. AND on my receipt it says i paid for a muffler and a pipe. Bo (S & S Auto manager) told me that the pipe on my bill (that was for $125) did not mean a tail pipe but the 3"" piece of metal to reconect my tail pipe. So in short if you are a female and wish to have your car not fu(ked up DO NOT GO TO LAGUNA MUFFLER!!!!!!!!
