Eye Designs did not measure my eyes or face to see what glasses would center correctly nor did they even help me pick out what frames would work out best for me. They just acted like I was some bothersome nuisance which made me feel rushed. Especially this one very rude lady. As a result the glasses I picked out were too big for me and I would have to tilt my head back constantly to see out of them. I picked up my new pair of glasses but they were blurry so they tried to change the axis of the lens. In the process Eye Designs scratched the lens but refused to acknowledge that they did so. Now the glasses that are paid in full are useless and in their office. I have no glasses and Eye Designs will not order new ones. Instead they just told me too bad you signed for them.
Pros: (Eye Designs) Beware
Cons: Eye Designs does not fix glasses that they ruin.
