If I could give it a lower rating, I would! This place completely botched my laptop - gave away my adapter to someone else and loaded someone else's data on my machine! Staff is rude and completely inept! Machine came back worse off than when it went in! BOO TO YOU EXEC COMPUTER WORLD.
