Altough sugguested by Toshiba, i was pretty skeptical about driving my laptop 70-80 miles away and just leaving it. The tech at DPD knows his stuff, and kept me informed of the found problem(s) they arent the type to install and then trap you into the repair. They asked if the part needed ""was"" and ""is"" the route that i wanted to go. As for price it was as good as the service was! DPD and (Ian) ""especially"" saved me $1700.00 Thanks guys if i have anymore problems you'll be the 1st call i make!! thanks again,
