They were going to charge me for an Atlantic luggage repair when it was clearly a defect on two separate occasions. A wheel fell off three times. I had to write the Atlantic company itself to support me on the first occasion. The second occasion the same wheel Bretts repaired fell off the next trip on the airplane where I know the luggage was carefully handled. The person at Bretts told me I had over stressed the wheel when I did not. I threw the luggage away. Stay away.
