I live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and I do not have a car. When I am sick, no matter what the weather, I find a way to get myself to Lime and Basil to let the steamy pho nurse my throat.
Yes, yes, I have had more authetic pho in ""Vietnamtowns"" from Orlando to Montreal, and I'm sure it could only get better if you left the continent, but if you're in Chapel Hill, there is absolutely no reason not to get it at Lime and Basil. It's cheap, it's delicious, and it's right here. Yay.
