Don't go to Josef's Restaurant in Fallston--- Last night we had an interesting dinner with the waitress threating to call the police on us. We went out with two other couples. My husband asked the waitress to give us separate checks since one couple doesn't eat or drink as much as we do. The waitress said she couldn't do it and we questioned her. She finally said yes but she would have to do all the work which might take an extra 15 minutes. We said no problem. When she brought our check she had tacked on more gratuity saying she had to work harder. My husband refused to pay with the added gratuity. That's when she said she would call the police. She backed down and deducted the extra tip and told us never to come back. We spent $93 for an upsetting evening. Can you imagine in today's economy to treat customers that way.
