This will be the fourth time that Ruzanna has promised one thing, charged for that thing, and has delievered nothing close to that promise- that I know of !! The first three times I have heard from personal friends, but the fourth time was done to my cousin's event. I was disgusted with the centerpieces and the supposed decorated cake table!! Upon confronting Ruzanna of the lack of decro that was paid for, she claimed to not have agreed to the promised centerpiece size and the amount of flowers on the cake table. She actually did somekind of decro that was from left field. I would not recommend her for any events!!
