This is a counterfeit! Gussies closed many years ago, but in it's day it was an all time favorite of ours. The food was of the highest quality and the wait staff was very professional back then. The atmosphere was very romantic and perfect for special occasions. We have missed it and longed to find a place like it. So when it opened back up recently with the old name and logo we went right over. We were so disappointed because it is the same Mexican food restaurant it?s been for a few years! They are serving a buffet of Mexican food, the menu has one page of steaks and the rest is Mexican food and hamburgers. They bring you chip and salsa when you sit down!! The place is dirty and smells! It needs to be completely renovated! I am pleading for the chef of Gussies (the real Gussies) to come back and open up the Gussies we all knew and loved.
