The cab was 45 mintues late so I missed my flight. I called every 5 minutes for that whole time and they kept saying he was on his way; then he was at the wrong building; then he'd be at the correct address in a couple minutes but 20 minutes later he showed up. He said they gave him the wrong address and only dispatched him minutes ago. The supervisors (operator and drivers) could care less and did nothing to help or compensate me. The driver apologized but he also changed his story (saying he made the mistake) right before I got out.
