For our wedding, we actually rented from the Olathe location on S. Alden, but since I had several wedding party members in other states, my complaint is really MW Tux company-wide. My complaint is regarding if you pre-pay for the tuxes for the entire wedding party (rather than each person paying for his own tux), there is a lot of hassle with this. They are constantly asking the folks to pay, which is embarrassing. MW Tux needs to streamline this process.
Pros: Convenient, as many locations city and nation-wide
Cons: Hassle when tuxes are pre-paid
