This ain't your Taco Bell. In fact, I was told that it was originally a Taco Bell, but failed after the Mexicans who live in Watsonville refused to frequent it. Taco Bell serves a hybrid Mexican-American fusion that most Americans call ""Mexican,"" but no Mexican does.
