Worst experience i've ever had in the service industry. The manager was the absolute worst. She must lead by example. I walked into the place and walked up to her and asked, ""Do I have to "" and she interupted me and said have a seat, someone will be with you shortly. I said ""I know but"" and she interupted me again and said ""have a seat"". So after I dealt with a nice lady named Monique, I went to the manager and said ""you were very rude to me and I wont be coming back to this store"", she responded with ""Good"".
Pros: the telephone service is good
