First, I AM NOT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN AN EMPLOYEE, so DO NOT say that because I have concerns. With that said, on the most part, it's not a bad place. In fact, I switched from Sherwood Animal Hospital because my cat came back after a routine bath distressed and extremely dehydrated - not a good sign. However, Dr. Bob can (at times) use a course on people skills when speaking to clients. IF WE DON'T USE YOU YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS ! Also, he needs to hire professional persons who show up on time and actually know how to care for pets.
Pros: Seems clean enough
Cons: Some, but not all, of the staff can be unprofessional
