I finally had a chance to go to Sage 400, I had heard good things about the sushi from friends. I was very impressed by the food. The sushi was excellent. I was also suprised to see that they had a full menu of cooked items like New York strips, Lamb Chops and Salmon. The seabass appetizer was incredible, it was baked and topped with a citrus sauce. Sage 400 is the best sushi I've had in Houston.
