I had a furnace service last year. Fancher replaced one part for me, the technician told me it is a very cheap part. But after a couple of weeks, they over charged almost tripled the retail price of that part. They refused to give any explanation, even without any reasonable statement. They were not treating customers politely.
I cannot believe this is a company which has been around for a quite while in the Vestal area. I don't know how was the reputation of the Fancher in the past. If you have Fancher to do service for you, I wish you will not end up with frustration (or angry).
