I have been to this restaurant several times over the years and this was a shock to me so I thought I would share.
A girlfriend of mine and I went to have a glass of wine and dinner after work and all seemed fine at first. The staff was nice and they were quick to sit us. We ordered wine and looked over the menu.
Then when we weren't ready to order food straight away, our waiter disappeared for a while. Then passed our in haste for a longer while. We finished our wine and kept looking out for our waiter when we realized an hour had past. We decided to leave and went to the host to tell them what happened. Instead of saying sorry he asked if we wanted another table. After we declined, he said he would go get our waiter. Then he arrived with our bill and said he was waiting for us to flag him down. NO sorry! He took our money and the host asked if we were sure if we didn't want another table. Still no apology.
I would give this experience less than half a star, but a minimum one star was required.
We wont be back.
