I called for quote and was placed on hold for 8min and 22 sec.Then I inquired about the forth tire promo which I discovered that all four are paid for up front and a check was mailed out 3-4 weeks for the rebate. I settled on a $61.99 tire and asked if the $248 plus taxes would cover it. Then I was told that the installed price was $361. I went elsewhere
