I would never go to this particular auto service location. The service mgr is very difficult to speak with. Had numerous issues when my car was serviced at the hicksville location. Left numerous messages over a two month period. When his assist finally called me back... I was then transferred to the service manager and was put on hold for at least 10 minutes. When I explained my situation to him... he said " this issue is over two months old" I then proceeded to ask him for his manger and he said "I am the boss I do not report to anybody". I then asked him for his name. They had called me on my cell phone and the connection was not clear. So I asked him to spell his name and he said " you do not know how to spell John"I would not recommend going to pep boys and def not this location!
