give me a break with the "disgruntled employee" excuse! that is what every business uses as their excuse for every negative review given. why doesn't managment of this spa spend more time correcting the things that legitimate customers are complaining about instead of writing fake "perfect" reviews about themselves! i logged onto this site to complain about a less than pleasurable (better yet, horrible) massage that i got at jolie spa, but after reading the other reviews, i see that it is a waste of time. how desperate (not to mention, completely pathetic) that the only good reviews written about this spa are written by employees,obviously not the "disgruntled" ones!
