At a time when the Big 3 are struggling to sell cars, you would think a well-known dealership like Russ Milne Ford would be bending over backwards to accommodate their customers, however, this was definitely not the case! \r

After wandering around the dealership for about ten minutes and finding not one salesman to help us, we finally had to ASK for some assistance. Should I really have to beg you to sell me a car!? What kind of salesmanship is that!? Then, when we did receive some help the salesman was extremely rude and seemed as if he could not care less if he sold us a car or not! He also would only show us the most expensive model of the car we wanted, even after we told him numerous times that it was out of our price range. The only positive thing that came of the experience was that he did let us test drive the car, so that was nice and just reassured me that I definitely did want to purchase the car -- only SOMEWHERE ELSE!\r
