We had our car worked on here a few times and everything was satisfactory. BTW, if you get tires from them it has been our experience that it is well worth getting their extra warranty, we've used it several times. Our tires are expensive so it is really a good investment. I know a guy who has gotten his trailer tires here and he just raves about the customer service he consistently gets. Do review individual locations on sources such as these, as we had a horrible experience at another Discount Tire, which admittedly from all our experience with many different locations seems to have been a remote incident with that one location and manager.
