No substitutions...no substitutions...now, on Valentine's Day, when you don't exit a restaurant such as this for less than $300 including drinks, is it too much to ask for something cheaper than the item the entree is served with...or a cup of fruit instead of the lavender creme brulee? I kid you not...even the serving staff said that it's time for famed chef ""Bijon,"" if that's how you spell it, to take his leave. I wonder what happened if his kids wanted maple syrup instead of some special molasses truffle topping on their disney shaped pancakes? No substitutions. Sorry Geofrrey's...you missed the mark big time on this one. You don't mass produce plates at those prices.
Pros: Service
Cons: Arrogant chef, prices, and special occasion mass produced food
