I recently came here and got highlights from Borja herself from all the great reviews I read. At the moment I walked in, Borja shook my hand and looked at me slowly from head to toe in a condescending way, which I felt was so rude and should've walked out right after that. I told her I wanted noticeable highlights, but she probably only did about 10-12 streaks of highlights in my hair, which actually turned out to be orange, which I specifically said, anything but orange!! She did not even bother to blowdry my hair with a comb, but instead just ran the blowdry all over my hair until it was dry. The worst part of it all I was billed $260 for this horrible job and horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
