I got in a car accident a couple years back and went to the shop the insurance recommended. Big mistake. I ended up having nothing but problems and had to go back 3 times to get things fixed afterwords (things I thought should have been easy to spot color mismatch). I still don't think it's quite right but I gave up on it.\r

The next time I got in an accident I called my dealer to see who they recommend. They recommended Harman's Certified and I am sure glad they did. It was a whole different experience. The biggest difference was that Harman's seemed to be on my side, (not the insurances). Everything went great, everything looks great you can't even tell that the car was in an accident. No wonder the dealer uses them.\r
