Able to schedule an appointment on Saturday in only a day's notice. Excellent service and courteous crew. Victor, who has a sense of humor, was very professional. They removed stains from the carpet which I didn't think could come out. Really liked the fact that the carpet dried quickly and practically no odor.\r
