We were very happy with the whole process- very friendly staff, quick and efficient. The carpet turned out absoultely great, it looked a lot cleaner and ""fluffier"" than when we first moved into our new home- We were very relieved and comforted to know that our carpet was completely disinfected! We will definitely use them again when we need our carpet cleaned - highly recommend!
