The food was way overcooked and the etoufee did not look, smell, or taste anything close to etoufee. We still aren't sure what it was. We were so disappointed after only a taste and asked to pay for our salad and drinks so we could go somewhere else. Management demanded we pay for everything or they would call the cops. We only paid for what we ate and drove an hour to Natchitoches to eat.
