I ordered some food for our Norwegian Christmas dinner two weeks ahead of time and told them I only needed it by Christmas Eve, so no rush. I received the shipment the next day, which was an extreme shipping cost, and then on top of that, I did not receive my whole order. They sent me no invoice showing my charges, no packing list, no information at all. When I called they said they would get back to me and never did. So not only did I not receive all I ordered, I have no idea what they really charged me, besides a charge on my visa that was 3 times the cost of my order. I will never use this place again.
Cons: Terrible experience.
