I had been a loyal Sprint customer, but recent customer service I received regarding MISLEADING information in the contract has changed my mind. Store reps, phone customer service rep, and phone customer service mgr, were not helpful and ARGUMENTATIVE.\r

DO NOT USE SPRINT!....in today's world of wireless competition, you can get a much better deal and better service elsewhere!!!

Cons: Terrible customer service.
