They towed my car from a lot on broad street for no reason at all. When I called them, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude and told me it'd cost 150. I had to take a cab all the way to 61st street and the driver told me this place was bad news and ""You don't wanna get mixed up with these guys."" When I got up to the fully tinted window, they charged me 180 for my car. After I paid, they just opened the gate and let me find my car; I didn't see a single person the whole time! When I finally got in my car it smelled horrendously of burned rubber. \r

Do NOT go to this place alone! My cabby actually stayed and made sure I got my car safely; That says something.
Pros: Tinted glass prevents you from seeing their slimy toad faces.
Cons: Yes they are.
