I would not recomment this particular location. I have been in there a few times, and each time the service was below standard. Their knowledge about the products that they carry and services that verizon provides is very, very minimal. The employees have poor customer service skills, and it shows in their substandard attitude and ability to communicate. I was even told that it would be faster to contact Verizon over my cell phone. After talking wih Verizon, I was told that this is not a corporate store.
Pros: location is convenient for Ohio State Students
Cons: Staff is not very familiar with plans and products; slow and substandard service
