This place is great. You enter the building, take the elevator, and on the 5th floor the elevator door opens up to Mendez Boxing. Whether you just want to get in shape, are looking to get good enough to spar and/or fight, or have already been boxing for years, the trainers are friendly, funny, and certainly know boxing. You can go in, work hard, and get out, or you can sit down after your work out and talk to some of the regulars there who sit at the table talking or sipping coffee, from current and ex-boxers to just everyday people with interesting conversation. \r
Definitely worth checking this place out, and there is a free first lesson to see if you like it.
