Please stay away from Parkoff Management buildings! During my time at 97 Arden Street, I had to call 311 several times because the landlord simply would not respond to complaints about plumbing, insects, leaks in the ceiling, mold, etc...\r
On moving out, my roommate wanted to stay on for an additional month, for which, as the primary name on the lease, I was bullied and threatened. I still have not received my deposit. I believe this is a criminal operation, and I imagine they could easily be indicted if someone would take up the cause.
